What you need to do

• If you have a prescription ready, please collect it today.
• Please nominate a community pharmacy for electronic prescriptions (EPS). Our reception can help you do this.
• If you already have a nominated pharmacy, no action is needed.

Pharmacy choice and direction rules

• Please be mindful that pharmacy direction rules apply — we cannot direct you to a specific pharmacy. You may choose any convenient NHS pharmacy.
